Jon Raich

Jon's career has spanned the real estate, financial, and technology sectors over the past 29 years. His expertise in the real estate industry focused his attention towards financially distressed properties and high level negotiations with the top financial institutions in the world.

He has worked on over 500 transactions either as an investor, broker or negotiator. Jon's background has allowed him to also focus in on the real estate redeveloping opportunities across southern California.

His passion for real estate directed him to invest in the conservation and preservation of ecologically sensitive properties. Jon has partnered with various government agencies to collectively focus their efforts in a cohesive manner to best maximize the resources of these highly sensitive properties.

Jon also worked in the technology sector specializing in the business development in software and interactive marketing. As the #1 senior account executive for AOL, he was instrumental in creating and implementing the automotive vertical revenue model. He also founded a real estate marketing entity that launched real estate kiosks in malls across the country.

Jon's financial expertise came from his years in the accounting field working for Deloitte and Touche and controller for a nationwide court reporting entity. He worked in both the audit and tax departments until he was recruited to the controller position for Kerns & Gradillas. He was vital in the negotiations and structure of the subsequent sale to the world's largest court reporting agency.

Daniel Robles

Dan is a real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise include commercial real estate acquisitions & development, financial analysis & modeling, and corporate finance.

Dan launched his real estate career at Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a diversified, vertically integrated, national real estate company with over $6 billion in assets under management. There, he served as a Real Estate Analyst, where he underwrote institutional-sized office, retail, industrial, and multi-family real estate investments in five of the primary US markets. During his tenure he was involved in the successful closing of $86M of value-added commercial acquisitions and $360M of mixed-use development projects.

From there he has leveraged his prior experience to form multiple successful real estate companies focused on the redevelopment of distressed property in Southern California. He has also focused his efforts on partnering with various government agencies to successfully identify and acquire ecologically sensitive land for the purpose of conservation. One of Dan's goals is to work on real estate projects that provide both a benefit to the community and preserve the environment's natural resources at the same time.

Dan began his career as a Financial Analyst for Twentieth Century Fox where he was in charge of forecasting annual and quarterly revenues, as well as managing the top international client accounts for the Television Distribution Division. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
