A couple of years later, we started searching for a loan modification because of of a Medical related hardship and frankly had no success in working with our bank. When all options seemed to be exhausted, we decided that a short sale might be our best avenue, so we contacted Jon. Jon discussed all our options and had contacted the bank on our behalf. Jon was able to help us negotiate with the bank to accept our offer to settle the 2nd, and restructure the 1st. at a lower rate. This finally enabled us keep our home. Even though Jon didn’t make a commission on the deal, he was there for us and helped us keep our home.
